Bergen County short sales are ever increasing. Avoiding foreclosures in Bergen County is a task that really needs to be left for trained professionals. It is true one does not have to be certified by the Distressed Property Institute, to have the knowhow to do a short sale…but it certainly helps.

Great post. My fiance and I have to move for a job oppertunity so we have been checking out bergen county real estate. We have never even been there before so I have been doing some research.
