Well, with the Tax Credit looming large in 2010 in Bergen County, How did that affect 2011?
Okay, well less homes sold in Bergen County New Jersey in 2011. While it was only about 200 less homes, the significance is that the Tax Credit actually did some damage to the "recovery" by stimulating some home buying in 2010 that may have occurred in 2011.
